To be eligible for the WellFit Advantage program, employers must meet the following profile and agree to the following set of underwriting criteria:

Have a minimum of 50 insured employees
|

Agree that program implementation strategies will be integrated into benefit design with the use of incentives. At a minimum, this approach includes: monthly premium incentives for voluntary participation in biometric testing and completion of the Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Appoint an internal person who will coordinate and champion the WFA program. In addition, form an internal wellness committee.

Have annual employer turnover of < 25%
|
 |
Be committed to the three-year strategy that is the core of this unique program
